process that doesn't just manage anxiety- it rewires it.

​​I'm a Trauma Certified Senior Coach, trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

For more than twenty five years, I've helped women, men and teenagers to tame their brains and take back control of their lives. I started with myself, put in the work and changed my life and I'm here to help you to do the same.

Accredited Senior Practitioner (EMCC) and proud member of the Complementary Medical Association.
